Bring your own blankets, pillows, yoga mats and create your own nest to rest in while you invest in 45 mins for yourself with Australian made floral waters, a deep and connecting guided meditation with HZ supported music and Oracle cards for guidance and fun!!

Your guided meditation, floral waters and oracle cards will all be centred around the theme of grounding and connecting with that base chakra for stable and strong ground under our feet.
