GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF DEEP REST
As we transition into winter, we celebrate the change of seasons, and we embrace the time to turn inward, slow down, and nurture and honour who we are. Join Fiona for a two-hour guided practice to nourish your body, mind and heart.
The workshop will include Movement and Yoga Asana, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation and time for personal reflection. A whole practice to support you in gently unwinding to rest and reset.
The yoga practice will be suitable for all levels. We will contact you prior to the event, to check-in and understand your personal needs.
Mats and bolsters are available at the venue. Please feel free to BYO, as well as anything extra to keep you cosy and warm such as blankets and warmer clothes for when we settle into the Yoga Nidra practice. Please also bring paper/journal and writing materials.
ABOUT FIONA
A devoted student and practitioner, Fiona was initially drawn to yoga by her passion for movement. She soon discovered, that her practice became an access point to connect to her inner world, especially her inner capacity to be steady, clear, compassionate and to live with purpose. Yoga has supported Fiona in navigating anxiety and depression and has offered a sanctuary for healing and transformation.
Even though she has trained with leaders of yoga around the world, Fiona draws her greatest inspiration from her daily life and daily practice.
