to rest from the busyness of life and the never ending 'To Do' list.

When the stresses of our lives cause overwhelm, it's crucial we take time out

to restore our nervous system before health issues become chronic.

This one day retreat provides the opportunity to slow down, prioritise your own health needs,

nourish your body, mind and spirit and reflect on what’s really important to you.

The day is based on 5 ancient healing salves – silence, nature, movement, music and story-telling.

These activities are woven throughout the day, allowing you to connect with yourself on a deep physical,

mental and emotional level. Reconnect with your body's wisdom and feel restored by breathing, stillness and peace.
