We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming "Rest & Restore Sound Bath Experience," an enriching and unique self-care modality designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Location: Horchateria RL Art Studio: 15950 Paramount Blvd., Paramount, CA

Our restorative session will include:

Affirmation Cards: Start with positive affirmations to set the tone for your self-care journey.
Intention Setting: Establish a personal intention to guide your experience.
Guided Meditation: Ease into a state of relaxation with a soothing guided meditation.
Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a variety of other instruments.
Reflection & Closing: Conclude with a reflective session to internalize your experience, feel free to bring a journal & pen.

The event is free, we suggest a donation of $15 - $25 per person to support our efforts in bringing enriching and unique self-care modalities to our community. Your contribution will help us continue to offer these valuable sessions to everyone. Donations can be made the day of the session.
