Rest & Restore Sound Bath

Join me for an hour of high vibrational sound, where you'll be bathed in the gentle healing frequencies from crystal sound bowls. Allow the vibrations from the bowls to create a soothing and serenading meditative journey.  

The sound bath offers a deeply restorative experience for all.  All you need to do is lay back, relax, and receive.  I begin the session with a small meditation.  

Doors open at 6.50pm.  Please arrive in time to settle and relax.  The session will start at 7pm.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• blanket for warmth
• pillow/cushion
• eye mask (to enhance the theta experience)
• wear comfortable and loose clothing
• anything else you feel will ensure you feel relaxed and at ease
