Rest & Rise Happy Hour

Rest + Rise is an EmpowerEd series created to bring Black educators across the DMV together to connect, celebrate, rest, and rise together.

Throughout the year, the series creates opportunities for Black educators to build community through joyful gatherings, meaningful connection, and wellness experiences designed to help us pause, recharge, and regulate our nervous systems.
