Event description

Rest & Rise is a weekly offering of conscious movement practice in a homely space with a small group of people (max. 10). It allows you to meditate, become present with yourself, and nourish your nervous system. To transition smoothly into the week. The music and gentle prompts will guide the practice.

Tickets are $22,- per person.

Come as you are. No prior experience in dance, movement, or meditation is required. And bring a friend for free if you want. Just book them as a free ticket.
