Event description

Join me for a 2-hour ceremony to honour the arrival of Winter.

The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. A sacred turning point and the official beginning of Winter.

It’s a time to honour the darkness, the return of the light and the invitation to slow down.
A moment to acknowledge the natural pull toward rest, reflection, and hibernation.

Winter isn’t always easy, but when we attune to nature’s rhythms and treat rest as ritual, as necessary, we nourish the roots of our own wellbeing.
Rest is what makes growth possible when the light returns.

Let’s gather together to welcome Winter.

We’ll move through:

- Uturunku Cacao Ceremony: a calming, embodied medicine that draws us gently inward. This sacred cacao helps us connect with our higher self and attune to the frequency of the natural world.

- Breathwork: designed to support the winter season, boosting immunity, clearing stagnation, and encouraging deep calm. (inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom: slower, warmer, grounding breath.)

- Yin Yoga: to honour the stillness and gently open the body to rest.
- Sound Healing: to promote deep relaxation and inner stillness.

Please bring:

- Blankets, pillows, warm clothes (anything to keep you warm and comfortable). Yoga mats will be provided.
- Journal and pen
- Mug for cacao
- Water bottle

Let’s honour the dark, and welcome rest together.
