Rest Club - October 9th 2026

Rest Club is an invitation to slow down. To breathe. To be still and remember what it feels like to truly rest.

We create a deeply restorative experience through gentle breath, stillness, gentle somatics and sound healing, giving you the opportunity to soften, settle and step away from the pace of everyday life. We end with the most incredible cranial sacral massage.

There is very little to do here.

Simply arrive, get comfortable and let yourself rest in peace, stillness and luxe comfort.

Each session is intentionally curated by Kylie Bartlett from Lead Love Leap and Teegan Nash from Brand of Soul, bringing together comfortable rest beds, soft touch blankets, eye pillows and aromotherapy to create a genuine cocoon from the outside world.

All props are provided, however you may wish to bring a water bottle and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

Spaces are intentionally limited so we can create a calm and intimate environment.

Please Note - This Event is not suitable for:

• Pregnancy: during the first trimester

• Diagnosed with Severe PTSD

• Severe Mental Health Conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)

• Epilepsy

• Recent physical injuries, fractures or surgeries

• History or diagnosis of aneurysms

• Cardiovascular problems

• History of Seizures

• Severe Asthma

• Heart Disease

• Heart Conditions

• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the last 3 years

• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and or emotional release

Please also note that to attend this event, we insist that you do not drink alcohol or take any plant medicine or illegal substance before, during or after the event.
