Rest in Movement: A Day Retreat

A nourishing blend of somatic movement, TRE, yin yoga, breathwork, and philosophy - designed to support your nervous system and reconnect you to what’s real.
Explore deep rest without collapse, the Yoga Sutras through a Tantric lens, and the fluid intelligence of the water element.
Includes morning tea, rich conversation, and space to move, feel, and remember yourself.
About the day:
8am Vinyasa
- a water-inspired practice that invites you to move with more ease, fluidity, and trust in your body’s rhythm. This flow offers a chance to soften out of structure and explore motion that feels less like a sequence - and more like a conversation with yourself.
9.15am Morning tea
9.45am Workshop - The Yoga Sutras through the Tantric lens
- step into a curious space where the ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutras meets the vibrant heart of Tantra. In this workshop, we'll explore non-dual Tantra, recognizing the oneness in all things and the divine that dances through our everyday moments. The yoga sutras helps us to harness self realisation and connect to our true nature.
11.30am Rest in Movement
"Rest in Movement" is a somatic restorative practice that blends embodied movement, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), yin yoga, and breathwork. This class encourages you to find rest without collapse, promoting natural rhythms that help regulate the nervous system, allowing you to navigate the highs and lows of life with ease and resilience.
