A week of delicious movement exploration, into what it is to let go, to stop pushing and pulling and experience the ecstasy of surrendering to your own rhythm.

Through intuitive yoga we approach the body with tender yet determined inquiry, opening, relaxing, and releasing into physical freedom. As our attention is opened into our physical body we explore the Open Floor Movement Practice as it guides us through the resources for healthy living.

Ecstatic Dance offers great release and depth together with connection and the celebration of life, the perfect practice for the evenings.

Add meditation, a luscious massage in the spa, a swim in the pool, dining in at the centre or out at the many local restaurants, active meditations, Kirtan, cultural excursions and more!

Taking the time away from daily life we focus in on our practice with lots of rest, joy and laughter, nourished with good food and surrounded by good people. Set in the idyllic grounds of a retreat centre in the heart of Bali the air is rich with spiritual connection and self reflection.

There will be time for solitude as well as group activities, shopping and further pampering.

Daily Flow for the week

Each day is different but the flow is the same

- Early morning meditation

- Yoga or Morning Medicine dance

What is included

Airport transfers to and from the retreat centre only.

6 nights accommodation, twin share or single occupancy with ensuite and shared balcony.

Delicious welcome dinner on the first night, long table buffet with the flowing river in the background

Daily buffet breakfast and lunch, fresh local produce, nutritional and tasty. Gluten, dairy free and vegan catered for.

Daily yoga on the rooftop shala with either a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

Ecstatic & Open Floor dances, Osho meditation and Kirtan in a dedicated indoor studio

Group excursion

One hour full body Balinese massage at the spa beside a flowing river (Don’t worry you can book more!)

Visa, a visa on arrival can be purchased online or at the airport.

A little more…

We will be in the heart of bustling Ubud town yet quietly tucked away on the banks of a flowing river, the best of both worlds. As well as the pool, yoga shala and indoor dance studio there is an on site teahouse for that cuppa and treat or something more substantial. Then there is the spa with a lengthy list of pampering massages and treatments, we advise booking lots!

Payment

Accommodation is either in very comfortable twin share rooms with 2 single or 1 double bed(For a couple) or in a single occupancy room with 1 double bed, all rooms have ensuite bathroom and shared balcony. There is a communal kitchen with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

The deluxe accommodation affords more privacy as is away from the main block, yet is a brief walk to the communal areas and comes with a bar fridge and few other perks. Beds are either king, queen or king singles.

Reserve and hold your place with a $300 deposit*

*Cancellation policy

A non refundable deposit of $300 AUD is asked to secure your booking. Balance of monies is due and payable by 1st May 2025. (1st February for earlybird) If you cancel prior to 30 days of the retreat commencement a refund minus deposit is available. There will be no refund within 30 days of the retreat commencement. There are no credit or partial refunds for starting the retreat late or leaving it early, as well as for any offered services that haven’t been used during the retreat.

We don’t anticipate the retreat being cancelled but in the event the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control such as Covid related occurrence, a refund will be issued. If we (Dancing Dhevas) must cancel the booked retreat for any reason, a full refund of your payment will be issued. Dancing Dhevas is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for a cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. To cover your self for any such occurrence we suggest you add ‘trip cancellation’ to your travel insurance.
