RELAX, RESTORE & REPLENISH

A 2-hour soul-nurturing restorative yoga, sound healing, Reiki healing & guided meditation mini-retreat designed to feed your body, mind and spirit.

Please bring:

• Yoga mat 
• Water bottle for hydration
• Eye pillow (if you have one, optional)
• 1-2 pillows for extra comfort
• Socks
• Blanket

Please note doctor's approval should be sought prior to attending any sound healing session particularly if you have any metal plates in the body, a pacemaker, suffer from sound induced epilepsy, or if you are in your first or third trimester of pregancy.
