Find space in the chaos and noise…

Your life is so busy, so full on, it is hard to make space to stop and rest.. it’s hard to give yourself permission to stop … to really make space for you!

You need to make time for you – make time that purposefully quietens the noise, eases the aches, creates space and refreshes your spirit…

You are too important in your world to not look after yourself in this way… so that you have the energy and desire to be fully present in all you do.

You need the time to make space and restore your spirit!

You need to make time for your whole being – mind, body and spirit – to find quiet, to rest and be refreshed.

And, so,  I am hosting a monthly online ‘Make Space for you, Refresh your Soul’ – a time to quiet the mind, to honour you & your hard working body and to refresh & reconnect to your spirit. 

Incorporating meditation & ceremonial practices, you will feel held, spacious, rested and refreshed for the next month ahead.

Having a specific time each month to be guided into Spaciousness and being Refreshed is a beautiful, and necessary, gift to yourself – to maintain your calm centre and your heart led life.

Guided Meditation is a wonderful tool that helps you focus on your mind-body-spirit connection… your innate wisdom and how your thoughts effect and connect to your body.

That is why I am hosting this ‘Make Space for you…’ monthly through 2023.

Once a month releasing overthinking, heaviness and confusion… fatigue, judgments and tightness… so that you feel spacious, light and energised.
