As Mothers December asks so much of us.

We hold the emotional load, the sensory overwhelm, the organising, the family dynamics, the love, the joy, the chaos. All of it in our bodies.

And when the world starts racing toward “new year energy,” so many of our nervous systems don’t actually need hype…

We need grounding, softness, safety and slowness.

Rested & Rooted is an online gathering to come home to yourself after the holidays. To regulate, root, and gently reconnect with your body.

We’ll slow right down together, we’ll breathe, we’ll melt tension.

You will root back into your pelvic bowl, your womb space, your heart, and your spine, so you can begin 2026 resourced and rested instead of depleted.

Just bring your tiredness, tenderness, fullness, love, whatever is here, and let your body exhale.

This isn’t a productivity space.

This isn’t a “let’s plan 2026” call.

This is a nervous-system-honest, slow, sacred, feminine descent, to come back into your body before we move forward again.

We are still under the medicine of the Snake… a cycle of shedding, dissolving, releasing skins that no longer fit. Snake doesn’t rush her evolution. And neither should you.
