Welcome to Restful Nights: a Yin Yoga & Sound Healing experience for Deep Sleep

at Hurstbridge Pilates & Yoga Studio

Drop into a state of serenity and peace in our Yin Yoga & Sound Healing event that is all about unwinding and relaxing. Throughout the evening you will be guided and supported in restorative yin yoga poses, while surrounded by live calming sounds.

Expect to release muscle tightness and tension, regulate and reset your nervous system, enter a theta brainwave state, and cultivate a sense of calm and deep rest.

What to expect:

Gentle and restorative yin yoga poses
Hands-on adjustments
90 minutes of live sound (sound bowls & other instruments)
Herbal tea

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing (sleepwear welcome)
Bottle of water
Additional pillows and blankets (optional)

Yoga bolsters, blankets and pillows are provided at the studio. However, you may choose to bring your own to create an optimally comfortable space.

We recommend eating a light meal prior to the experience.

Please let us know if you are neurodivergent, pregnant or physically unable to lie flat on the floor, so we can accommodate you accordingly.
