We welcome you to our to reset and restore. 

Are you ready to pause and reconnect with your inner self? We invite you to our nurturing women’s guided Restorative Meditation; a sacred space designed for relaxation and renewal. During this soothing experience, you’ll be gently guided through restorative practices that encourage deep relaxation and mindfulness. As you settle into a comfortable position, you’ll be led through calming breathwork, sound and somatic movement, allowing you to release stress and tension held in your body. The supportive environment we create together to foster a sense of safety and connection, inviting you to explore your feelings and embrace stillness.

This meditation is suitable for women of all ages and backgrounds, whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years. It’s a chance to come as you are, surrounded by a community of like-minded women who share the journey of self-discovery and healing.
