Description

An on-going practice group for graduates of Restorative Circle training.

We will practice both the roles of facilitator, support facilitator, and representatives.

These will be Semi-simulated circles based on conflicts suggested by those present; not live conflict events.

Over time - Dominic Barter suggests around 20 practice Semi-simulated circles before facilitators host a live conflict.

Bridget is the founder of Restore Connect, an Internationally Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer with CNVC, a Certified Nonviolent Communication Coach, and a former Registered Psychiatric Nurse. She is also a wife and mother.

I Began my career as a Registered nurse, both in the General and Psychiatric field. After becoming a mother, I trained in Compassionate Communication (2006) and became a Certified Trainer (2023) I have been sharing this transformational work in Australia for the last 11 years. It was Ecovillage neighbourhood conflict (me not handling it particularly well) that was a catalyst for me to learn Compassionate Communication. I find these skills invaluable in community life, decision making, navigating conflicts, and being more able to understand and have compassion for others. I teach what I most needed to learn, and it is a lifelong learning for me.
