Restorative Crystal Sound Bath: Clevedon

Come within, recentre and restore in this harmonising crystal sound bath in the cosy supper room of the Clevedon Community Hall.

Particularly useful for busy minds, lives and times, or just some extra unwind and recharge time on a cellular level. This is like a treatment for your nervous system, mind, body and whole being.

6:45pm: Gather and settle.

7:00pm: Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids for around 60 minutes.
You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

8:15pm: Sound Bath concludes with a short meditation.

WHAT TO BRING: 

* Yoga Mat. I have a few spare if you need to borrow: please email me so I can save you one

* Cushions or Pillows for your head or under knees

* Blanket to keep you cosy. We’ll have the room nice and warm with heating too.

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm to put on. Socks for the cooler weather

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home.

>>Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

Available in the main carpark to the right hand side of the hall.

Easiest to come in the small side door closest to the carpark.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore itself as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves that can treat your body at a cellular level.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids creates an immersive sound that fills the room. 

The felt vibrations of these “singing” instruments are of a particular resonance that can settle, harmonise, heal and restore at a cellular level, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself to relax.

Similar in state to deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, sound healing can reduce physical tension, pain and stress, increase emotional wellbeing and resilience, improve sleep and energy, and allow access to creative ideas and insights.

ABOUT ME 

I approach Sound Baths as I do any treatment. Instead of using my hands to treat the body with the sense of touch I play the bowls in an intuitively tuned in way that allows the space to be treated with Sound.

Sound Baths with me are gentle, relaxing and harmonised with Heart, uniquely tailored to who is present at the time.  

I have a background in craniosacral osteopathy, mind-body medicine, the science of the heart and energy flows. I love co-creating harmonising, beautiful experiences that allow the mind and body to relax, restore and recentre.
