Event description
Take some YOU time, for deep restoration, nourishment and reflection.
This DayTreat is set in the peaceful surrounds of Mt Sampson at Kupidabin Wilderness where you will be enveloped by a sacred natural world and welcomed into a sanctuary of self-discovery.
There will be time for wandering in the natural beauty that surrounds us, journalling and connecting with others.
This unique experience will provide the opportunity and tools you need to come home to yourself.
Welcome circle: We will begin by gathering inside the hall for a welcome circle, to settle into the space together, set intention and fully arrive in the presence of the day.
The morning session: You will be held in loving kindness and guided into deep relaxation with a morning of restorative yoga.
The middle session: Here we will explore self-care from an integrative nutrition perspective and what it means to nourish your own bio-individual needs. We will look at the 5 pillars of health in this model and return to essential basics when it comes to nourishing ourselves.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious, wholefood lunch, lovingly prepared with local ingredients by none other than your host, Rachel Therese.
The afternoon session: We will meander in mindful movement with a walking meditation around the beautiful grounds. This will be followed by a guided seated meditation and then being in silence for reflection. Paper and pen will be provided, however, you may wish to bring your own colours, notebook or journal for this.
Cuppa & Closing Circle: Come together once more to enjoy a cup of tea and bring our day to a close. An invitation is here to share with the group or simply be the observer of your experience and learnings from the day.
You will leave feeling nourished, deeply rested and empowered.
