Restorative Justice Summer Training Hui

We are looking forward to the joys of summer in central Ōtautahi for this very special hui, 10 years after the introduction of Section 24A. Come and connect, learn, share and eat with us, as we explore a wide range of topics in our usual interactive manner.

We will gather in the beautiful Aldersgate Centre, in the heart of the city, across the road from the historic court buildings of Christchurch. November also sees the celebration of International Restorative Justice Week, so bring your touchstone stories and inspirations to share with your colleagues.

Our Wednesday and Friday sessions will just be for those working in the Restorative Justice space, while our Thursday sessions will be open to other practitioners. On Thursday Peter Thorburn will from  MESS NZ will be facilitating workshops on Methamphetamine, co-existing Mental Health issues, de-escalation  and motivational interviewing.
