Event description

JOIN ANDREA, CARLA AND DALE FOR GENTLE RESTORATIVE YOGA AND SOUND BATH to:

– release tension from body and mind through gentle stretching and practising Restorative Yoga where postures are held for longer and where the body is supported by the yoga bolsters and blocks.

– deeply relax in a soothing and nurturing Sound Bath with Singing Bowls and kirtan

– promote better sleep, feel more grounded and balanced

This class is suitable for all levels.

FURTHER INFO:

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters are provided.

Wear comfortable clothing and warm socks.

Parking: Free parking onsite.
