RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND EVENING

Welcome Beautiful Soul!
Join Michelle and Kat for a divine evening of relaxation to reset your nervous system and soothe your soul.
You will experience Kat’s guided direction through a sequence of gentle restorative yoga positions in which you will hold for roughly 4 minutes each, whilst listening to soothing sounds from Michelle’s sound session throughout. including crystal bowls, singing, chimes and many much more.
Leaving you feeling like you’re floating on a cloud.
Session is 60 minutes.Â
What should you bring:
- Warm comfortable clothes
- Yoga Mat
- Water bottle
- Towel to put on bolsters for hygiene reasons
- Bolsters, Blankets and Blocks are provided
DOORS OPEN AT 6.15PM – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.30 PM. NO LATE ENTRIES.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. If you are pregnant, please let us know when you arrive.

Restorative Yoga is gentle and relaxing so it is accessible for all abilities (including for seniors), and postures are able to be modified for injuries.
