Step into a space of serenity and inner nourishment with this intimate Restorative Yoga Fusion Session, where the healing power of stillness meets the vibrational medicine of sound.

This unique offering combines gentle, supported restorative yoga poses with live sound healing throughout each asana—featuring crystal singing bowls, harp tones, and harmonics to soothe the nervous system and guide you into deep presence.

Each pose becomes a portal for healing as sound frequencies bathe your body and energy field, inviting release, alignment, and inner harmony.

Limited to 5 participants for a truly personal and deeply held experience.
 No experience needed—this is a space for rest, receiving, and soul nourishment.

NB:  Doors open 1:45pm for start at 2pm.  Doors will be closed at 2pm.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing, and bring an open mind and heart to fully embrace the transformative journey ahead.  BYO  water, items you would like to place on the Sound Bath Altar for healing.  

You will need to be physical fit to get up and down from floor.

(the Sound Bath altar is a sacred space that will have crystals and other items on that creates a beautiful place to put any jewellery, your own crystals or photos of people/things that you would like surrounded in healing energy
