Yoga, Breath, and Meditation Community Class

Beginning June 5, 2024 join us every Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for a rejuvenating midweek reset through our weekly yoga, breath, and meditation classes.

Description: Unwind and recharge with a blend of gentle yoga, soothing breathwork, and guided meditation designed to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Led by experienced instructors, each class offers a sanctuary for self-care and inner exploration.

Pay What You Can: We believe in making wellness accessible to all. Pay what you can afford, and rest assured that all proceeds from our classes go toward planting more native trees and supporting women in healing from trauma caused by domestic violence abuse.

Teacher: Jasmine Astra-elle Grace, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, light keeper, and Ayurvedic Practitioner passionate about holistic healing with 25+ years of teaching experience. 

Cost: Pay what you can afford. Your contribution supports important causes while nurturing your well-being.

Join Us: Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the week and join us for an hour of self-care and renewal. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all are welcome. Together, let's cultivate peace, resilience, and compassion on and off the mat. Option to stay after for a warm cup of tea!
