Sharon is a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher, Yoga Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Posture & Flexibility (P&F) trained teacher. Her kind and compassionate teaching style, combined with her deep understanding of the body, creates a nurturing space for all participants. Whether you’re looking for time out to unwind, space to recharge, or simply a peaceful practice, Sharon’s expertise ensures everyone feels cared for, with thoughtful guidance for making each pose as comfortable as possible.
At The Yoga Shed, we’ve curated the ideal environment for restorative practices. Nestled in nature with breathtaking mountain views, our retreat-style studio offers the peace and tranquility essential for unwinding. You’ll be fully supported with premium-quality props, including bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows, and weighted sandbags, all provided to help you melt into each posture.
