Join us at Love.Life for a restorative evening designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully unwind.
This special Yin class will be led by Meg, one of our Love.Life yoga instructors who also brings her experience as a massage therapist. Meg will be assisted by Trent, one of our beloved Love.Life trainers who also specializes in assisted stretching, to offer supportive hands-on adjustments throughout the practice.
As you settle into longer-held Yin postures, enjoy live acoustic guitar by Courtney McKenna, creating a peaceful backdrop for an evening of relaxation and restoration.

Restorative Yin + Hands-On Adjustments
Move through a slow, grounding Yin practice with longer-held postures designed to encourage relaxation and release. Meg and Trent will offer supportive hands-on adjustments throughout the class to help you settle more comfortably into each pose.
Live Acoustic Guitar
Courtney McKenna will accompany the practice with live acoustic guitar, creating a calming atmosphere as you move, breathe, and unwind.

- What time should I arrive?
We encourage you to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, complete a brief guest consent form (if needed), receive your event wristband, and get settled before the class begins.
- What if I'm running late?
To preserve the experience for all participants, we recommend arriving on time. If you arrive after the class has begun, you may be asked to wait for an appropriate pause before entering the room.
- What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats and props will be provided for your comfort.
- Is there free parking?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available throughout the shopping center
- Do I need any experience?
Not at all. This experience is open to all levels.
Your Yin Guide + Yin Assist

Megan Eaton
Yin Guide: Megan is a yoga teacher, California Certified Massage Therapist, and Ayurvedic Health Consultant with over a decade of experience in holistic wellness. Her approach blends mindful movement, therapeutic bodywork, and Eastern and Western wellness practices to help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and restore balance. Megan has completed more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training, along with additional training in restorative yoga, Katonah Yoga, Ayurvedic yoga therapy, and other specialized practices. She is also an 800 hour trained massage therapist and brings her deep understanding of the body, movement, and relaxation into the way she guides each class. Her warm, intuitive approach creates a supportive space for guests to release tension, settle into stillness, and feel more grounded in their bodies.

Trent Elsbree
Yin Assist: Trent is a Love.Life trainer with a strong background in exercise science, mobility, and recovery. With a degree from the University of Miami, an ACE certification, and hands-on experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, he brings a thoughtful understanding of movement and the body to his work with clients. Trent specializes in strength and conditioning, mobility, and assisted stretching, with an approach centered on helping clients move better, recover smarter, and feel their best. His hands-on experience and focus on mobility make him a natural addition to this restorative Yin experience.

Courtney McKenna
Courtney is a Southern California based singer songwriter whose sound blends folk, Americana, country, and classic rock. With a full bodied voice, poetic lyrics, and easy guitar melodies, Courtney brings a warm, soulful energy to every performance. Originally from Orange County and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Courtney began singing in church choir before teaching herself guitar as a young adult. Her musical journey later took her to New York City, where she performed at iconic venues including The Bowery Electric and Rockwood Music Hall and developed her signature sound inspired by artists like Jefferson Airplane and Janis Joplin. After returning to Southern California, Courtney continued building her career as both a performer and community music organizer. Her music is deeply personal and rooted in connection, resilience, and storytelling, creating performances that feel both intimate and uplifting.
