Restore & Unwind: Nature-based Wellbeing
Restore & Unwind
We acknowledge this event takes place on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past & present. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
Join Carolyn Shurey for a 5-week Nature Therapy course along Edgars Creek and surrounds.

Nature Therapy is a guided preventative health practice that invites participants to engage deeply with the natural world. The sequence of activities is structured to promote a calming and restorative experience. Rather than focusing on fitness or destination, these sessions encourage presence, curiosity, and connection to nature, to ourselves, and to one another. This practice is based on Forest Bathing principles and activities.
