A carefully crafted evening just for you infused with the current cosmic energy. 

A holiday for your heart, mind & soul, especially important for moving into a fresh week ahead.

Gentle guided breathwork, meditation and live serene sounds.

Come as you are, smile, take a deep exhale, soften into your body, lay down get cozy, close down your eyes beneath a crystal infused eye pillow, melt for a while in the warmth and comfort within our new womens only Temple of Her Moon Studio in the heart of Gawler. 

This is your time to transition from doing into being, (after all, we are human-beings, not human-doings right). 

Replenish, recharge, reset.

You will be guided through a series of carefully selected gentle breathing techniques specific to soothe your nervous system, followed by a guided meditation written by me helping you to plant your seeds of intention in the fertile soil provided by the new Moon, the perfect time for manifestation, rest, slowness & returning back home to your favourite version if yourself. Be whisked far away into an Enchanting realm by the live serene sounds with calming aromatherapy to take you even deeper.

Then simply float on home and carry that depth of relaxation with you.

Bring your beautiful self and a water bottle. Everything you need is provided, however if you have your own mat and bolster you are very welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive promptly and peacefully ready to drift into another realm.

Entry to studio is via the gates in the carpark that is to the left of Imprint Flowers on Todd st. The gates are to the far right of the carpark.
