The session will be facilitated by Doug Wolfson, a Director of Rethink Change and an adjunct faculty member at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW). Previously, as a senior leader, he led the Westpac change management practice, providing leadership for over 250 change practitioners who delivered initiatives across an annual $1.5 Billion Westpac project delivery portfolio.  He is a recognised leader in the discipline of change management within Australia and one of the co-founders of the Change Management Institute, serving on the CMI board from 2005-2010.  Doug has over 25 years, hands-on change management experience working with some of Australia's most iconic brands.
