As co-chair of the IUSSP scientific panel on Rethinking Family Planning Measurement with a Reproductive Rights and Justice Lens, Dr Sully is playing a key role in shaping new measurement advancements in the field of global family planning measurement.

About Dr Elizabeth Sully:
Dr Elizabeth Sully is the Director for International Research at the Guttmacher Institute, and her research focuses on family planning and abortion measurement and modelling the impacts and cost of sexual and reproductive health services. Dr Sully is a recognised expert in sexual and reproductive health measurement, serving as co-chair of the FP2030 Performance Monitoring and Evidence Working Group, co-chair of the IUSSP scientific panel on Rethinking Family Planning Measurement with a Rights and Justice Lens, and a member of UNFPA’s Technical Advisory Group on Measuring Sexual and Reproductive Agency. Dr Sully has a PhD in public affairs and demography from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and the Office of Population Research.
