“Each time women gather in circles with one another, the world heals a little more.” You are invited to celebrate International Women’s Day at our Women’s Wellness Retreat. The program will explore the 5 pillars of health: sleep, breathing, nutrition, movement and thought. Be inspired by a Health Coach to improve your gut health through healthy eating options; release tension and stress in a laughter therapy session and set positive intentions for a new you in the New Year in a vision board workshop. Give yourself the gift of time to nurture your body, mind and soul.
