Join us for a rare opportunity to enter Retreet on Hastings for a guided meditation session with the trees, supporting their wellbeing. Retreet is an exclusive day spa for trees, offering an escape from life’s stressors. *Participants may bring a photo of a revered tree for meditation benefits.
Recommended to bring: hat and insect protection. Please wear suitable footwear for bushland eg.closed shoes.
Children over the age of 14 are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult. Not recommended for children younger than 14 years.
ABOUT STEPHEN CLARK
The foundation of Stephen’s multidimensional working life was a successful career in the performing arts based in Melbourne and Queensland as actor, singer, director and producer. From there he moved through the events and tourism management fields only to return to the arts as Executive Officer of Flying Art Alliance before establishing his own planning and management consulting business. Along the way he gained post graduate qualifications in Tourism Management and Applied Buddhism and national accreditation as a meditation teacher. In recent times Stephen has undertaken several projects as an Australian International Volunteer and has recently returned from an assignment in Nepal.
