RETURN 2 RESONANCE brings together two worlds we love very much.

The deep stuff and the ridiculous stuff.

Breathwork, somatic work, yoga, sound journeys, ritual, art and connection...

And big sound, DJs, dancing and a proper party.

We don't think you should have to choose between them.

So for three days and two nights, we're gathering in a beautiful pocket of the Coffs Harbour Hinterland to experience both.

The weekend has been intentionally created with an arc.

ARRIVE → DEEPEN → RELEASE → RETURN

And an important part of that is:

🌿 FRIDAY IS COMPLETELY DRUG + ALCOHOL FREE.

Friday is our chance to actually arrive. To put down our stuff, settle into the land, meet each other and be fully present for the breathwork, somatic work, yoga, sound, ritual and community experiences happening throughout the day and night.

Then Saturday the energy begins to shift.

The sound gets louder.

The dancefloor comes alive.

And we PARTY. 🔊

Gates open at 11am.

Give yourself some time to set up camp, find your feet, explore and settle into the space before we begin the weekend together.

We begin with Petar Cetinich exploring breathwork, the nervous system and the deeper esoteric connections between breath, body and our internal state.

Breathwork Session

Freea Fontanella then takes us out of the conversation and into the experience with a full guided breathwork session.

Time to breathe, drop in and properly arrive in your body.

Zoe guides us into Tremor to Freedom, continuing our journey into the body through somatic practice and release.

Sunset Yoga

As afternoon turns into evening, Crystal Rose leads a sunset yoga session to move, stretch, breathe and land before we come together for dinner.

🍲 COMMUNITY POTLUCK DINNER

Friday night dinner belongs to all of us.

Bring a dish to share and we'll sit down together for a big community potluck.

Nothing fancy.

Just good food, people meeting people and a table created by everyone who sits around it.

Official Welcome & Acknowledgement

After dinner we gather at the Bass Altar for our official welcome and Acknowledgement.

A moment to come together as one gathering before we move into the night.

Friday night then moves into HELD BY SOUND.

An immersive sound journey and an opportunity to lie down, listen, receive and let sound do what sound does.

Fireside Storytelling

Then we gather around the fire with Nathan Meola for late-night storytelling.

A slower, simpler way to finish our first night together.

And throughout all of Friday:

This is intentional and an important part of the experience.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to arrive with a clear head and really participate in everything Friday has to offer.

There will be plenty of time to party.

While the Saturday dancefloor is building, Hendo leads a two-hour Nature Art Workshop.

Another opportunity to make, play and interact with the environment around us while the gathering shifts into its louder chapter.

If you've got something to share, bring it.

Make things?

Grow things?

Paint, sew, bake, create, collect or offer something interesting?

Bring a picnic rug, put your bits out and become part of our little community market.

This isn't intended to be a big commercial market with rows of stalls.

It's simply a space for the people who are already part of the gathering to share what they do with each other.

Because RETURN 2 RESONANCE isn't something you just come and consume.

You're part of it.

No dramatic evacuation from the dancefloor into the real world.

Talk to people.

Laugh about Saturday night.

Spend a little more time with the humans you've just shared this strange little weekend with.

Then, at 11:11, we come together one last time.

Our final experience of RETURN 2 RESONANCE is a sound bath with Crystal & Damo, featuring Yidaki.

A chance to lie down.

Listen.

Breathe.

Land.

And bring the weekend back to stillness before we head home.

We begin clear.

We experience sound lying completely still.

Then we experience sound very differently on a dancefloor.

We swim.

We dance.

We connect.

And eventually, we come back down together.

You don't need to be a "wellness person".

You don't need to be a raver.

You don't need to know how to meditate, make art, dance properly or touch your toes.

Just come as you are.
