Return to Rest

Modern life asks us to move quickly. Return to Rest is an invitation to do the opposite.

Join us for an afternoon designed to guide you progressively from movement and breath into stillness and deep rest. Beginning with Asana as Pranayama, we'll explore a purposeful, breath-led movement practice where Asana becomes a way of working with the breath, energy and nervous system — moving with intention before gradually transitioning into the longer-held stillness of Yin Yoga and, ultimately, the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.

Rather than striving or pushing, this practice is about slowing down, creating space, and remembering what it feels like to simply be.

Whether you're feeling busy, overwhelmed, or simply longing for a moment to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers a chance to move, breathe, soften, replenish and return home to your body.

During the workshop you'll experience:

• Asana as Pranayama - purposeful, breath-led movement
• Yin Yoga
• Yoga Nidra
• A progressive journey from movement into deep rest

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
