Return Ready is a job fair designed for people who care. Whether you have cared for children, ageing parents, chosen family, or others in your life, this event provides the support and space to explore what is next for you.

Whether you are ready to return to work, re-enter a new industry, or simply learn more about flexible options, Return Ready connects you with inclusive employers who understand that care responsibilities are part of real life.

At Return Ready, you’ll meet over 40 employers who understand the realities of balancing work and care. These organisations are part of CEOs for Gender Equity and are actively building flexible, supportive, and inclusive workplaces.

This event is designed to meet you where you are.
There are no expectations or commitments on the day. just a focus on access, encouragement, and practical tools to help you move forward on your own terms.

This is about more than job titles. It’s about rediscovering your strengths, refining your goals, and identifying what matters to you now. Claire will help you take the next step with purpose.

Masterclass 3: Ace your next interview

Interviews are an opportunity to tell your story with confidence. This session will help you prepare in a way that feels natural to you. Learn how to highlight your strengths, communicate your experience clearly, and approach interviews with clarity, purpose and a renewed sense of self-belief.

On-site crèche

We’re making it easier to focus on you. A fully staffed crèche will be available with two sessions to choose from:

  • 10:00 am – 11:30 am

  • 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
