Return to Nature Immersion

Join me for a morning of relaxation, connection and unwinding. 

Together, we will journey through a cacao ceremony and nature meditation in a beautiful zen garden, followed by gentle nature-inspired breathwork and yin yoga flow. We will close the space with journalling, a sharing circle, and light refreshments. 

For a smooth experience, please bring the following: 

- an open heart and mind

- journal and pen 

- your favourite yoga mat (the studio provides mats and yoga props, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you prefer)

- a mug for cacao (we will provide eco-friendly disposable cups, but we suggest you bring a mug as well) 

Please note that photos and videos will be taken on the day. Please specify at checkout or let me know privately if you do not consent to being filmed.
