Return to Simplicity

Return to your Light-Hearted Self

When did you stop dancing?

When did you stop singing?

When did you stop being enchanted by stories?

When did you stop finding comfort in silence?

These were the questions the medicine person of Shamanic cultures would ask when someone came to them feeling lost, disheartened or disconnected.

4 simple questions ~ nudging you back to the simple things in life.

Dancing, singing, sitting in circle and hearing each other’s stories, communing with nature and dropping into the spaciousness of silence.

Join Monica, the founder of Sol Being, for a nourishing morning rooted in the simple things. Set in the hidden, lush green surrounds of The Gap in Brisbane, this experience invites you to slow down and soften into your natural state ~ your light-hearted self.

Meet your Host

Monica Posada | @solbeing

Monica is a meditation teacher, space holder, and founder of Sol Being - a heart-led community offering spaces for people to reconnect with their inner world through the power of presence and connection. After a pivotal accident in 2021, Monica was forced to slow down and reassess everything. That unexpected pause led her to mindfulness: the art of paying attention. Since the birth of Sol Being in 2022, she's slowly been refining her craft through workshops, in-person events, immersions, online sanctuaries, one-on-one mentoring, collaborations and her all time favourite - Sobremesa Journal Club. Through her warm, calming presence and gentle guidance, Monica nurtures a space of safety and trust so that you can gently strip back the noise and return to what matters most. Spaces to feel. To notice. To tune in. To become more self-aware and remember who you are beneath the clouds.
