Learn the depths of self healing, body, mind, and spirit. Release anxiety and stress, fall in love with yourself, heal from the constraints of your mind, and return to the true essence of your nature.
Through holistic practices we will journey together over this weekend of deep healing. Cleanse yourself in the crystal blue ocean waters, relax on the softest white sand in Tasmania, and rejuvenate with yoga, nature walks, and private ceremonies.Â
You will emerge transformed, with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for gifting this weekend to yourself. You deserve to feel your best. You deserve your own self love!
Whats included:
- Dinner on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, Breakfast and snacks on Sunday
- Cacao for ceremony on Saturday and Sunday
- All yoga classes, workshops, healings, guided walks, and activitiesÂ

Meet Your Host!
Carleigh is a Holistic Mental Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, and she has completely healed her mind from crippling anxiety, depression, and even bipolar disorder without using any medication. While completing her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biology and Psychology, she went on a deep dive of holistic healing, and completely transformed her mind and life! She has since made it her life's mission to guide you towards your most fulfilled life too. Sample Itinerary (subject to change due to weather or changing circumstances):
Friday December 6th:Â
- Arrive from 4pm, settle in, optional beach walk/ swim to ground into space
- 6pm opening ceremony/ circle; intention setting; welcome to space
- 7pm nourishing dinner of local/ seasonal ingredientsÂ
- 8:30 gentle, relaxing yoga and journaling as the sun sets after a beautiful day
- 10pm bed
Saturday December 7th:
- 7am Morning beach walk and optional swim
- 8am cacao ceremony + somatic yoga flow
- 9:30am hot, nourishing breakfast
- 11am Self Love workshop
- 12:30 Bay of Fires Guided Nature Walk + Picnic lunch
- 3pm Outdoor Yoga session (weather permitting)
- 4pm free time
- 5pm workshop on Naturally Healing Your Mind
- 6:30pm dinner
- 8:00-9:30 pm ecstatic dance + sound healing + reiki healing
- 10pm bed
Sunday December 8th:
- Optional sunrise ceremony and swim at 5:30am (unguided)
- 7am Vinyasa yoga practice
- 8am Cacao and intuitive self- love movement/ dance
- 9am hot, nourishing breakfastÂ
- 10am nature walk and meditation
- 12pm nourishing snacks
- 1pm sharing gratitude circle + final sound healing
- 2pm check out
Ticket options:
-Â Shared room = 2 beds in the same room, one is a top bunk. Please specify if you require a bottom bunk ($444)
- Queen supplement= Private room with Queen bed ($499)
- Friends/ Couples Queen Supplement= Sharing Queen bed/ private room (price for 2 people) ($888)
- Bring your own van= You must have your own accomodation, and can park/ set up on sight (intended for if indoor spaces sell out). ($333) Limited to 2 spots maximum
