The Kyilla Community Farmers Market is located at Kyilla Park, Clieveden Street, North Perth. Public transport: Kyilla Park is accessible by bus - there are bus stops nearby on Walcott Street (serviced by bus route 406); on Charles Street (serviced by bus routes 384, 386, 388, 389, 970) If driving: please note there is limited street parking available near Kyilla Park. Please check for, read and abide any street and parking signs.
Entry instructions
Guests may enter Kyilla Park from any direction- there will be a number of different stalls set up. The City of Vincent marquee/stall has City of Vincent branding clearly labelled on the tent so please keep an eye out for it. You can also ask friendly market staff for further directions if needed.
After entry instructions
Please make your way to the City of Vincent branded marquee/stall at the market. City of Vincent staff can then check registered workshop participants in and direct you to the workshop location.
Hazards
This event is held outdoors on grass at a community market, which is attended by members of the public. The workshop will take place with tables and stools set up on grass. Participants are encouraged to wear sun-smart clothing for protection from UV (eg. hat, long sleeves, closed in shoes) and to dress for the weather. Please bring your own water bottle. While pets (leashed dogs or cats) are permitted at the market, we ask that for the comfort of all workshop attendees please do not bring your pet with you if registering to attend this workshop. There will be a range of stallholders selling goods such as homewares, craft items, clothing and accessories, food and drinks. There will also be amplified music and busker/s nearby. There is a First Aid station located next to the toilet block, at the north-west side of Kyilla Park, close to Union Street.
