We all have baggage. But did you know that most of the baggage we carry as our own and pass down to others - isn't even ours to begin with?

Generational cycles start long before we are born, they create projected behaviors we call personality but in reality they're hiding our truest self in a survival mindset. Many times we don't even realize this is occurring. 

This workshop seeks to REVEAL these patterns through a carefully honed framework that is not only transformational but more importantly trauma-informed. In a 2-part workshop setting, we will reveal what is asking to be healed and you will leave with "take home tools" to keep the work going.

Today, I focus all of my energy on truly enJOYing the life I’ve created through generational healing and helping others recognize and learn to heal their own patterns of generational trauma. 

I do this transformational work in groups, coaching circles, retreats and sacred ceremonies OR one on one as an individual spiritual guide. Together, we work through a proven framework to reveal and heal the traumatic generational cycles. My process includes these healing benefits for you:
