Event description

Rejuvenate, Realign, and Reset for the Season Ahead

As summer draws to a close, step into a peaceful and grounding afternoon that invites you to release, realign, and embrace fresh intentions for the new season.

This 1.5-hour yoga workshop is a nourishing experience designed to help you gently transition from the vibrant energy of summer into the calm, reflective embrace of autumn. Together, we will flow through mindful movement, soothing breathwork, and meditative stillness, creating space to reconnect with yourself and the changing rhythms of nature.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Asanas: Begin with gentle, energising sequences to shake off lingering summer warmth and awaken your body.
  • Breathwork (Pranayama): Focused breathing techniques to ground your mind and bring clarity as you prepare for seasonal change.
  • Restorative Poses: Deeply calming postures to release tension, soften the body, and encourage inner stillness.
  • Meditation & Intention Setting: A guided meditation will help you reflect on the past season and plant seeds of intention for the months ahead.
  • Closing Ritual: Enjoy a refreshing herbal drink as you soak in the stillness and leave feeling recharged, grounded, and ready to embrace the next chapter.

This workshop is a perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and move with intention as we bid farewell to summer’s warmth and step gently into autumn’s quiet beauty.
