ReWild for Carnaby's Cockatoos at Kaarakin

Join us to learn how you can ReWild your garden to provide essential food for the Endangered Carnaby’s Cockatoo. Any garden can provide food for wildlife. Learn how every plant matters and just one plant can make a difference.

Learn about the amazing work Kaarakin do and meet the cheeky resident cockatoos up close in the interactive aviary.

50% of proceeds go directly to Kaarakin and 50% will go to Perth NRM’s Carnaby’s Cockatoo Project.

Receive a seedling to take home to get you started, One lucky participant will win a bird bath to take home!

Please bring a water bottle.

This event will involve walking on lose gravel paths, uneven terrain and slopes. Enclosed shoes and sun protection are required. Please don’t wear jewellery or clothes with buttons to ensure an enjoyable meeting with the cockatoos. All ages may attend but only children 6 and over may enter the Interactive Aviary.
