ReWild Long Island Winter Walk at Caleb Smith State Park

Join us for an easy walk at Caleb Smith State Park Preserve on Sunday, November 29th, from 10 am-12 pm, led by John Cuomo of the Four Harbors Audubon Society. We expect to walk about 2 miles, at an easy pace. We will be stopping occasionally to point out birds and plants. CalebSmithTrailMap.pdf

Hosted by the Mid Suffolk Chapter of ReWild Long Island, our winter walks series is a fun way to get outside during the winter months, meet new people, and learn a little about the ecology of your local parks.

PLEASE READ

Please ARRIVE at 9:45, the walk begins promptly at 10 am - we will not wait.

Many of our walks are at parks with small parking lots. We highly encourage carpooling.

We will cancel in the case of inclement weather - please keep an eye out for cancellations/updates.
