ReWorks: Chair Repair 101

Do you have a chair you love that needs repair? Join us for our chair repair workshop!

Join Gilla as she shares her 40+ years experience of sewing and creating with textiles.

In this workshop you'll work through replacing or recovering dining or office chairs, stool covers, and chair backs. Participants will learn how to cut foam - definitely a skill you need to have for chair repair. Bring your own materials, or surf the site at Xtreme Zero Waste for the perfect chair and fabric.

You’ll learn practical skills while rescuing your chair. Whether you’re a total beginner or just keen to get creating again, this is a welcoming space to learn, create, and be inspired.
