New from Fall 2023: We are so grateful and excited that you are interested in attending our Launch Party!! It’s going to be so much fun!! As of August 2023, our Launch Party line will be waiting outside if you choose to line up early, regardless of hot, cold, or rainy weather.
In the past, we tried to allow our line to wait inside the building, but in the past when we allowed the line to wait inside, we had the entire back part of the line jump ahead and start shopping, skipping ahead of shoppers who had waited over an hour longer.
In order to preserve fairness, if shoppers choose to line up early, please know that we will be requiring shoppers to wait outside of our event location until the shopping time begins at 4PM.
OR you are welcome to show up at 4PM and immediately start shopping!! There is no need to line up early unless you are willing to wait outside.
In February and March the weather can be very cold and may be rainy. The Rhema Recreation Center has an overhang near their building.
Last season, shoppers arrived over two hours early to try to reserve one of our shopping carts! We highly suggest bringing a stroller or wagon to use for shopping because it will be difficult to claim a shopping cart.
We have so appreciated the increased interest in our Launch Party each season! Thank you for your understanding as we try to keep the experience fair for all our shoppers. We'll see you soon!
