Rhythm and Movement
Event description
Step into joy, energy, and connection with Sharon Stewart and Lauren Harris, guides in wellbeing, movement, and mindfulness. Their playful, inclusive style leaves participants feeling energized, balanced, and uplifted.
This session blends fun rhythms, gentle movement, and a guided meditation to release tension, boost wellbeing, and spark creativity. No dance experience is needed — just bring an open heart, a curious spirit, and a willingness to move to the music.
We will start with a light-hearted ice breaker, move through playful rhythm and movement exercises, and finish with a calming meditation to nurture inner balance.

Feel Good October takes place on the Traditional lands of the Kaurna People. Sovereignty of this land was never ceded. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present. We acknowledge that this always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
