Join me for an immersive experience that invites you to explore the harmonious balance of the Yin and Yang energies within you.

Ground and land with a cacao ceremony, unleash your inner fire through ecstatic dance, create space and softness in your physical body with Yin yoga, and conclude the evening by receiving healing sound waves from crystal bowls.

This event will take you on a transformative journey you didn’t know you needed.

This evening will be held at the beautiful Monastery in Geelong, a sacred space for this sacred event!

The Journey:

~ Palo Santo energy cleanse on arrival

~ Opening circle & explanation of event

~ Cacao ceremony

~ Guided gentle movement to warm up

~ Free-dance to epic music

~ Yin shapes to cool down and stretch

~ Sound bath

~ Close the evening.

Dancing can become a practice of mindful movement. Allowing the sound and sensation of the music, as well as the movement of your body, to help anchor you into the present moment (if that feels beneficial for you!).

I hope the quote 'dance like nobody's watching' can land for you within this space, where a sense of liberation washes over you if you can allow yourself to let go and be completely free!

Within this practice you may notice feelings arise, and instead of ignoring them, you are invited to feel them and dance with them, allowing yourself to be with them, with yourself and your full spectrum of emotions. Hopefully this can be a space where you can express these feelings. For me dance was the only way I could express myself for many years which is why this event is so important for me to share. 

Within the free-dance part of the evening, there is no structure, no choreography, and there is no set music genre. This dance is a practice of meeting yourself wherever you're at and moving through whatever is present for you.

I hope this can be a space full of love, acceptance and encouragement.
