This will be a space for deep connection, embodied expression, and transformational healing. Through movement, authentic relating, and sound healing with assisted emotional release, you’ll be guided to allow your energy to flow more freely and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
We’ll journey together, moving to music woven with ancestral beats and live instruments, sharing presence, energy, and intention—then, the lovely Johanna Joy and other space holders under her guidance will assist with the liberation of blocked emotional energy during the sound healing/Vibrational Empathy, through the potent techniques of body de-armouring/somatic alignment work. The evening will close with a nourishing potluck feast to ground us into the new frequency that we've shifted to.
By everyone bringing a plate to share, this forges our sense of community and togetherness, by finding commonality over the ritual of food, as our ancestors have been doing since antiquity.
To honour the natural circadian rhythm, this gathering will intentionally finish earlier in the evening, so as to give us enough time to integrate the experience in alignment with our bodies and still receive a restorative early nights rest.
The space will be setup up to simulate a night time experience however, but during the day! The power of the night time energy (feminine) is useful to go deep within. Being that this is Mother's day, It is likely that the "Mother Wound" will be an element that is explored during this experience.
The intention here is to forge a culture and a community in which we are deeply embodied as a given and are deeply attuned to what we need, who we are and what those around us/the larger collective needs. A supportive space for us to emanate our true selves. Our playfulness, curiosity, innocence and wonder, and to truly let go of all things that have disconnected us from that.
This life is a co-created experience, one of collaboration! I invite you to embrace it with full participation and tenacity ✨

- Yoga mat
- Comfortable clothes to be active in
- Cushion and blanket if desired
- Drink bottle
- Plate of food to share (label with the ingredients so that people with specific dietary requirements can know if they can eat it)
