a festive group dance class & followed by live band freestyle

our second instalment is an 'Introduction to Afro Dance' 

FEAT:
dance class with Talita Santos Fontainha
& freestyle with Adelaide Afrobeat Collective (Adelaide's big band afrobeat sensation)

An hour class exploring an introduction into Afro dance rhythm,
learn a few of the steps, get the body moving with a gentle instruction from Talita,
And don't worry, partners are not needed!**

After a short break, the incredible Adelaide Afrobeat Collective will take the stage for you to try out your new steps
along to a live band. Keep it loose and just bloody have some fun trying something new.

You can either do the the class and the freestyle for $35
or, if you've already got the moves, just come for the freestyle a little later for $15

6pm - Doors & Bar Open
6:30pm - 7:30pm - Introduction to Afro Dance with Talita
8pm - 10pm - Adelaide Afrobeat Collective - Live - Freestyle time.

Together with World Music SA, we plan to take you on a journey through culture, rhythm, dance and music over the coming months,
we have a number of classes in the works, with all different styles of international groove for us to explore together.
