Event Highlights:
- World-renowned Ghanaian performers Afro Moses, Appiah Annan and Kofi Kunkpe will mesmerise audiences with their energetic performances. With special guest Atongo Zimba.
- Kofi Kunkpe will lead the Yarra Valley Drummers and Badger Creek drummers in a thrilling collaboration, bringing together two local drumming groups in a celebration of African culture.
Special guest artist: Atongo Zimba is an acclaimed international performer visiting to give an introduction to his culture and share stories about how they pass on their music through the generations.
Afro Moses, singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist has a magnetic personality.
He will enchant you with high energy music, powerful messages, and colourful stage show.
Afro Moses was a teenage super star in Ghana West Africa before being seen by Bob Marley’s tour manager.
Since then, he’s been touring the world and has shared the stage with numerous iconic artists such as Miriam Makeba, Salif Keita Youssou N’Dour, Ziggy and Rita Marley, The Wailers, The Australian Chamber Orchestra and many more.
